About

Through evidence-based, compassionate care, meaningful and lasting personal growth is possible. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, grief, and loss. I also have extensive experience working within school settings and collaborate with educators while helping parents navigate school systems and access appropriate resources.

I work with older adolescents, adults, and families, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and a strengths-based perspective to foster resilience, insight, and lasting change.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward, you don't have to face those challenges alone. Many people struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and structured therapeutic environment where we work together to better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Our work will focus on developing practical coping strategies, building on your strengths, and creating meaningful, sustainable change so you can move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
