Jennifer Ruid, LCSW

Jennifer is an independent therapist whose practice, New Horizons, is located at 331 Pine Street in Lewiston and 331 Maine Street in Brunswick. Jennifer received a Bachelor’s Degree from Castleton State College, in Vermont and a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Walla Walla University in Washington State. Jennifer is a skilled and experienced therapist who works with adolescents, adults & families. Jennifer utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), somatic work, mindfulness training & nutritional treatments for mental illnesses in her clinical work. Jennifer uses Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for adults at her Brunswick office.
