Fees & Scheduling
Most major insurances, including MaineCare and Medicare, will cover some or all of counseling and therapy services, though you may be responsible for a co-pay or fee depending on your specific policy — it's worth staying familiar with your plan, since coverage can change based on your agreement with your insurance company. Each licensed therapist at 331 Pine Street is in-network with a different set of insurance companies, listed on their individual profile, and each sets their own out-of-pocket rate, generally in the range of $90–$120 depending on the provider and the service.
To schedule an appointment, identify the therapist you'd like to work with and reach out to them directly by phone or email. If you've looked through the therapist profiles and are still unsure who'd be the best fit, call the general voicemail at (207) 344-6290 for help.
Fees & Scheduling - Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an affordable, accessible modality, though it's currently considered an off-label use of the medication and isn't covered by insurance directly. That said, the preparation and integration sessions that are part of KAP may be covered, since they're considered psychotherapy — see the Ketamine section of the website for details.
To schedule a KAP appointment, or to see if you are a good candidate for KAP, please email jenruidlcsw@gmail.com to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
